Led by internationally recognized endurance sport coach Vicent Beltran along with Roots Adventure Travel founders Altay Ozcan and Rikki Roath, this retreat combines swimming, cycling, running  training masterclasses and workshops covering topics of endurance multisport and how to actively train and prepare for a multisport event or simply incorporate triathlon training into your daily life.

Join us on this five-day retreat that will challenge you and allow you to explore endurance sports growth. An intensive skill masterclass in all aspects of triathlon, guiding you to discover more about who you are, how you work towards an endurance fitness goal, and balancing workouts in your daily life routine.

Highlights include exploring the natural beauty of the region by bike and foot, swimming in the crystal blue sea, daily movement classes of yoga and breath work, masterclasses and group discussions.

The retreat offers a taste of the wide variety the region has to offer, providing access to some of the best kept secrets of the Aegean. We’ll combine outdoor sports, time in nature, visits to ancient sites, and cultural excursions with relaxation, comfort and luxury.

Vicent Beltran

Vicent Beltrán is an internataionlly recognized endurance sports coach and holds a degree in Physical Education and Sports Science. Vicent has extensive experience in the field of high-performance sports and hosting seminars for athletes of all levels focused on multisport. Vicent manages various World Triathlon programs, including the Olympic Project World Triathlon Team.  

Vicent has decades of experience teaching with government institutions, universities and corporate entities on the subject of endurance sport.

Altay Ozcan

Altay is an adventure seeker, fueled by outdoor passion, and an insatiable curiosity for the world. Altay’s reputation as a route maker and hiking expert in Turkey is cemented with a profound love of swimming, cycling and running which is shared with others through private multisport itineraries and adventures. Altay believes the more you explore your own boundaries and limits, the better one outlines and maps the world around themselves. 

 

Rikki Roath

Hailing from the frosty landscapes of Fargo, North Dakota, Rikki spends as much time as possible outdoors interspersed by her fascination with foreign languages, cuisines, and cultures. This upbringing set the stage for a lifelong love affair with being active and a thirst for exploration. This professionally trained chef is an avid moutaineer and trail runner and embraces the balance of swimming, cycling and running with her love for cultural cuisines.
