On this tour we’ll explore the diverse roots of Bodrum’s traditional food and drink, diving deep into how Cretan immigrants influenced local culture. After tasting some Cretan specialties and learning about the special role spices play, we’ll head to a ‘meyhane’ (tavern specializing in raki and the small plates that accompany it) for a raki tasting and variety of meze. Our evening ends with us choosing our dinner from a local fishmonger and chatting with locals as the fresh catches are cooked
