Wild Harvest: Aegean cuisine as seen through nature

A taste of Aegean culture explained through the ecology, history and the tradition of olive oil. Our tour starts with a coastal stroll from main beach to Anhinga admiring the unique environment that surrounds us and foraging for its bounty. The journey continues with an olive oil tasting, and a briefing on its history, process and importance. We will finish with a workshop cooking classic Turkish dishes highlighting olive oil and what we’ve harvested from the landscape.
